Today it seems that everyone is on a diet. And no diet is the same.  Some diet plans are regimented so that an individual is on a very limited diet that only allows them to intake a certain number of calories per day.  Other diet plans allows an individual to eat ten times the regular person, but is able to because they are on some strict exercise plan that lets their body burn off all they ate!  With that being said, it is easy to see most diet plans mush be altered to fit the individuals diet needs. 

 Some companies now release diet plans that are tailored to fit an certain product.  Such as, some companies will ask you to include their product a certain number of times a day and follow their diet.  Sometimes these companies will set you up with a profession so he or she can customize the diet plan to fit your lifestyle.  A product diet is not a permanent solution, more of an experiment to see what type of diet plan works best for you.
