All the doctors say the way to a healthy lifestyle is a good balance between exercise and a healthy diet.  But where do you draw the line. How much exercise is too much exercise? How strict of a diet is too strict?  How can you control yourself without limiting yourself with an oppressive diet?

Every diet is not necessarily meant for every person.  The right answer is to try it out and establish a diet and exercise regimen that works best for you.  Some people may need more diet than exercise, and others vice versa.  The best way  to find out it to try! Maybe one day limit your diet to fruits and vegetables, and an exercise routine that lasts twenty minutes.  If you find that that is not working, add some protein to your diet, then increase exercise.
